Our Team
Dustin Ptak - Insurance Agent / Owner
Graduated from the University of North Texas in August of 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Received a P&C license shortly thereafter and moved to Midland, Texas in the spring of 2003. After four years of management within the insurance industry, Dustin started a scratch independent insurance agency in the fall of 2006.
Julie Pinson - Licensed Insurance Agent
Julie's insurance experience dates back to 2013 when she went to work for Allstate as a property and casualty agent. Julie has been with Dustin Ptak Insurance since November of 2018. Currently, Julie works to maintain the agency's business system.
Lori Sutton-McDonald - Licensed Insurance Agent
Lori's insurance experience dates back to 2013 with AIG where she worked as both a claims representative and a property and casualty insurance adjuster. Lori's has been with Dustin Ptak Insurance since February of 2020.
Amber Rubio - Licensed Insurance Agent
Amber has worked within administration and customer service roles for many years. Amber began her insurance career when she came to work for Dustin Ptak Insurance in April of 2022. Amber has held her property and casualty license since June of 2022. Amber is fluent in Spanish.
